An accident occurred East of West Plains on Tuesday Afternoon when a 17 year old west Plains Juvenile lost control of a 2013 Kia soul on wet pavement, went off the road and overturned.
He and a passenger, a 53 year-old West Plains man. were both wearing their seat belts and neither were injured. The Kia had significant damage.
