On Wednesday morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest a 37-year-old Ellsinore woman, Shera Whitaker.
Whitaker was wanted on a Felony warrant out of Wichita County Texas for Fraud and she is also charged with being a fugitive from out of state.

She was transported to the Carter County Jail.
