EMINENCE, Mo. — A man already facing multiple charges in Shannon County is in trouble again after authorities discovered drugs in close proximity to Eminence High School.
According to the sheriff’s office, the incident occurred at a residence located approximately 1,346.65 feet from the school property. Law enforcement officials reported seizing 0.054 ounces of methamphetamine and 4 ounces of marijuana during their investigation. They also found a firearm with no visible serial number.
The suspect, identified as William Eubanks, is currently out on bond in connection with several other ongoing cases in Shannon County. In light of the new charges and his repeated release on bond earlier this year, authorities are now requesting that no bond be issued.
