West Plains, MO. – This morning, Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative announced they’re dealing with a power outage today, affecting businesses and residences in and around West Plains, including around North 63 in West Plains.

“We currently have 1,215 members without power out of the Olden substation. Sho-Me Power and HOEC crews are en route to assess and repair the issues in the substation. Thank you for your patience.”
