YELLVILLE, Ark. — The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly activity report for the period ending September 12, 2025.
Deputies responded to 88 calls for service during the week. Among those, deputies provided five wellness checks and handled three domestic incidents. The department recorded three misdemeanor arrests and two felony arrests. Deputies also assisted with or investigated two accidents and completed 24 incident reports.
The Sheriff’s Office reported a total of 15 bailiff hours. In training, one deputy successfully completed a 120-hour training program, while 19 deputies participated in six hours of weapons qualification training at the Twin Lakes Gun Club. The training covered patrol handgun, patrol rifle, and shotgun qualifications.
Investigators conducted three interviews and held 14 investigative conferences related to ongoing cases.
At the Detention Center, deputies booked 13 inmates, released 13 inmates, and ended the week with a total of 43 individuals in custody.
