Update: Fugitive Todd Spink was apprehended in West Plains earlier today by Howell County Deputy Long, a member of the Southern Missouri Fugitive Task Force (SMOFTF), with the assistance of an Officer from the West Plains Police Department.
WEST PLAINS, MO- This week’s Wanted Wednesday felon for the Howell County Sheriff’s office is Todd Michael Spink. Spink’s warrant is for an Unlawful use of a weapon- Subsection 4, A Class E Felony.
Spink is from West Plains but has lived in the following places; Oregon, Illinois, Hampstead, North Carolina, and Kissee Mills, MO. He also has relatives in Delaplaine, AR, Nazareth, PA, Pecatonica, IL, Chesapeake, VA, & the Missouri communities of Kissee Mills, Ozark, and West Plains.
