he homeowner reported Boster acting erratically and possibly under the influence. Upon arrival, deputies found Boster in the front yard, where he consented to a frisk and displayed signs of mental illness, speaking incoherently and appearing to communicate with unseen individuals.
The homeowner, who was alone with her infant child, stated Boster had repeatedly trespassed—about five prior incidents—often when her husband was away. She reported emotional distress and fear, citing past behavior including Boster peering through windows and making bizarre spiritual claims.
Ring camera footage captured her asking Boster to leave and wait for an ambulance. Boster is now facing a charge of first-degree harassment.
