On October 8, 2025, the Carter County Sheriff’s Office successfully recovered a stolen camper belonging to one of our citizens.
Working in partnership with the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol, our deputies assisted Ripley County in serving a search warrant just across the county line in Ripley County.
The operation was a success, and stolen property and suspected drugs were recovered. One suspect, David Brannon, has been arrested on Ripley County charges, our investigation is ongoing.
