A single vehicle accident occurred Monday afternoon one mile North of Koshkonong when a 25-year-old Alton man crossed center of the roadway ran off the left side and struck a guardrail.
He was transported to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment of minor injuries, the 2012 Ford Fusion he was driving was a total loss according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash report.
