West Plains City Council Met on Monday Night

The West Plains City Council met in regular session on Monday night, the night included first readings for several items to be considered by the council.  One of the readings proposed conducting an analysis for a possible new multi-sports complex.  Hundin Partners Feasibility Company would conduct a study to allow the city to make an educated decision on the feasibility of the complex.  This was the top item on the wish list in the recent comprehensive plan executed by the city.

First readings were also done on a possible increase of up to 5% for electric services and up to 4% on sanitation services.

Council also heard from citizens on Airport concerns, concerns of protest areas in the city, utility questions and others.  View the entire meeting below:
