City of West Plains West Plains Utilities will be conducting a scheduled power outage on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 9:00 am. The area is between Ridgewood Place and Kody Drive.
Outage is anticipated to last approximately 2 hours. Crews will work to get all power restored as quickly and safely as possible.
