36-year-old Lillian Carmel Perry of Flippin Arkansas was arrested by the Gassville Police Department and she was booked into the Baxter County Jail on Tuesday morning.

She is being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and she is being held for other agencies.
She has nine prior bookings in the Baxter County Jail and her bond is set at $5,000.
