The Winona Lady Wildcats are back at the final four in class 1 girls volleyball and they will face Northland Chirstian on Friday night at 8pm. Championship game will be played on Saturday at 4pm. Final four is being played at St Joseph Civic Arena.

Zizzer Cross Country state send of Thursday Nov 6th at 9am. The team will drive by West Plains High School then stop at West Plains Elementary to greet students from there they’ll head to court square down Washington Ave, on to Broadway and merge onto Porter Wagoner. The Zizzer boys have won state 14 times in cross country, and the Zizzer girls have won 14 state championships in cross country, Boys won it all last year and the girls finished 2nd. The meet will take place in Columbia at Gans Creek Cross Country Course this Friday.
The Missouri Tigers kicked off their basketball season last night vs Howard with an impressive 88-67 road win over Howard on Monday night, the program’s largest road victory in a season opener in 84 years. The Mizzou men’s basketball team will host Southeast Missouri State Friday night with a pregame of 630 tip off at 7pm all on Q94.

Masyn Winn was announced as the National League Gold Glove winner for the shortstop position, beating out fellow finalists Mookie Betts and Nick Allen for the award. Cardinals’ center fielder, Victor Scott II, was also a finalist for a Gold Glove this year, but lost out to the Chicago Cubs’ Pete Crow-Armstrong.
