WEST PLAINS, MO- Good News for West Plains City Utility Customers! Beginning on Wednesday, November 19th; West Plains City Utilities will transition to a new and improved online payment system.
With the new system, customers need to know the following:
- Customers will have to create a new account setup once the launch date arrives.
- If you are a paperless customer, this means you will need to verify that paperless settings transitioned correctly after the launch and account setup
- Auto-Pay users will need to re-enter their payment information and re-enable Auto-Pay in the system
- Customers can enjoy reduced transaction fees for lower payments.
- Before Wednesday November 19th; Customers will need to login to the current system (Invoice Cloud) and download any past involvement that you would like to keep- these items will not transfer automatically.
