Weekly Incarcerations Reported in Izard County

The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration summary for the period ending November 10, 2025. Sheriff Charley Melton reported the following individuals were booked into the Izard County Jail last week. All persons are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

• Bennie Hutchins, 53, of Melbourne — Arrested November 3 on a warrant from the Izard County Circuit Court for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and maintaining drug premises. Hutchins also received an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance at the time of his arrest.

• Kathy Cossey, 63, of Franklin — Arrested November 3 on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for shoplifting.

• Cameron Baker, 22, of Calico Rock — Arrested November 3 on a petition to revoke felony probation.

• Billy Plunket, 51, of Melbourne — Arrested November 3 on a petition to revoke felony probation.

• Larry Watson, 40, of Calico Rock — Arrested November 4 on a bond revocation issued by the Izard County Circuit Court.

• Rebecca Dockins, 54, of Brockwell — Arrested November 6 on a parole hold.

• Chad Griffith, 41, of Horseshoe Bend — Arrested November 6 on a warrant from the Izard County Circuit Court for two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Danielle Griffith, 36, of Horseshoe Bend — Arrested November 6 on a warrant from the Izard County Circuit Court for two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

• Dale Davis, 35, of Calico Rock — Arrested November 7 for driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, and possession of a firearm by certain persons.

• Cole Hendrix, 18, of Norfork — Arrested November 7 on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

• Gary Sterling, 18, of Calico Rock — Arrested November 7 on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

• Robert Sinclair, 40, of Batesville — Arrested November 9 on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for failure to appear and failure to register a vehicle.

The Sheriff’s Office will release its next incarceration report the following week.
