The Ozark County Sheriff’s Office Special Enforcement Team (SET) conducted two separate search warrants in the Isabella area on Oct. 10, 2025, resulting in multiple arrests on drug-related charges.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Robert Kelley was arrested and booked into the Ozark County Jail after deputies located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside his residence. This marks the second time this year Kelley has been jailed on possession charges.

Courtney Teague
During a separate search warrant served the same day, deputies arrested Kelly Risley and Courtney Teague after methamphetamine and paraphernalia were found inside their residence. Both were booked into the Ozark County Jail.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
