A 40-year-old Birch Tree man has died from injuries sustained in a Friday evening crash on Highway HH five miles north of Willow Springs.
The accident occurred when the 2009 Chevy Silverado he was driving went off the right side of the roadway struck an embankment and a tree.

He was pronounced deceased by Dr. Jeremy Reed at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. This is Troop G’s 29th fatality this year, he was not wearing a safety device.
