From Howell County Sheriff Matt Roberts:
Howell County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a person of interest in the sale of narcotics. The traffic stop and a subsequent search warrant of his residence netted several ounces of methamphetamine, prescription narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and nearly 40 firearms.
At least 2 of those firearms had been reported stolen out of other jurisdictions.
