West Plains, MO. – A two-vehicle crash involving an injured minor occurred earlier today near West Plains.
At 12:15 PM, a two-vehicle injury crash was reported on US 63 at State Route PP. The crash involved a 2000 Ford explorer by a 37-year-old woman from Koshkonong who attempted to make a left hand turn into the path of a 2001 Dodge 3500 pickup operated by a 32-year-old male from Thayer, Missouri.

A 9-year-old Koshkonong juvenile was transported by air ambulance with serious injuries, the 37-year-old woman sustained minor injuries and was taken to Ozarks Healthcare, the Thayer man was not injured according to the crash report.
