West Plains, MO. – The Samaritan Outreach Center of West Plains, Missouri has announced that they will continue to operate as a warming shelter ahead of the winter conditions that lie ahead of us in the 2025-2026 season.
Lori Concepcion, the executive director, stated that while no other organizations have officially made announcements as of yet, Samaritan Outreach is prepared and has an action plan in place.
