West Plains, MO. – A Pomona man has been arrested by the West Plains Police Department on a charge of rape.
27-year-old Ethan Minge, who is also a Missouri State Highway Patrolman, has been put on administrative leave without pay while investigation is ongoing, according to Captain Scott White in Jefferson City.

The probable cause affidavit states that the victim in this case reported the event on October 23rd, and outlined that on July 27th, Minge had forced a sexual encounter on her without her consent.
Minge’s first scheduled hearing is on December 17th at the Howell County Courthouse.
