SHARP COUNTY, Ark. — The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office released its incarceration report for the week of Dec. 8 through Dec. 15, 2025, according to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson.
The following individuals were incarcerated during the reporting period. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Chrisie Brooks, 47, of Cave City, was arrested for violation of an order of protection, violation of a no-contact order, public intoxication, and resisting arrest.
Roosevelt Butler, 53, of Pine Bluff, was incarcerated on a parole/probation hold.
John Chavis, 59, of Arkansas, was incarcerated on a parole/probation hold.
Wyatt Conner, 39, of Arkansas, was arrested for failure to comply with conditions.
Adam Freeman, 41, of Hardy, was arrested for breaking and entering.
Haley Hadrava, 28, of Hardy, was arrested for domestic battering in the third degree.
Maigan Herron, 35, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for failure to comply with conditions.
Bryon Hill, 57, of Salem, was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction.
Brandon Hull, 48, of Salem, was arrested for simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearms by certain persons, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine) greater than or equal to 10 grams but less than 200 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, or fentanyl, possession with purpose to deliver a Schedule IV or V controlled substance (stimulant) less than 80 dosage units, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance less than four ounces, and drinking in public.
Charles Ivey, 69, of Highland, was arrested for unlawful removal or failure to charge an electronic monitoring device and bond revocation.
James Leis, 61, of Franklin, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, or fentanyl, and possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance (methamphetamine or cocaine) less than two grams.
Mandy Lewis, 26, of Arkansas, was arrested for driving while intoxicated (drugs), first offense, and no proof of liability insurance.
Tevis Matty, 42, of Batesville, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor probation charge and direct contempt of court.
Mark McComas, 69, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance not methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession with purpose to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine less than two grams, and possession of a Schedule IV or V controlled substance with purpose to deliver.
Steven McComas, 66, of Leachville, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, or fentanyl.
Joseph Miller, 42, of Ash Flat, was incarcerated for court proceedings.
Hayden Moore, 22, of Batesville, was arrested for public intoxication.
Cody Renfrow, 21, of Evening Shade, was arrested for third-degree battery with purpose of causing injury.
Timothy Strain, 46, of Cave City, was arrested for criminal trespassing and public intoxication.
Stefan Unge, 32, of Arkansas, was arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespassing.
Russell Westmoreland, 46, of Sidney, was incarcerated for court proceedings.
Larry Willingham, 35, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia used to manufacture a controlled substance, possession with purpose to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine greater than or equal to two grams but less than 10 grams, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, and open container of alcohol in a vehicle.
