From the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department:
On December 16, 2025, Darin Sisco, age 58 of Ozark, was arrested on a Douglas County Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, with no bond being set on the warrant. Sisco was originally arrested on February 6, 2023, by Sgt. Box after the investigation resulted in Sisco being in possession of Methamphetamine.
Sisco pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance on January 2, 2024, where he received a 6-year sentence to the Department of Corrections with a Suspended Execution of Sentence and was placed on probation. On 11/19/2024, Sisco violated his terms of probation; on 12/15/2025, Sisco violated his terms of probation, and on 12/17/2025, Sisco was ordered by Judge Carter to be held without bond until a probation violation on January 22, 2026.
