Individuals are listed in order of most recent arrest to oldest arrest. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Peydon Marie Church, 32, of unknown address, was arrested Dec. 27, 2025, on charges of driving without a valid driver’s license, no vehicle registration, and no proof of insurance. Bond: $490. Status: Remains in jail.

The following individuals were released from the Fulton County Detention Center after the previous roster update:

Kyle Scott Reese, 18, of Viola, was arrested Dec. 19, 2025, on charges of driving while intoxicated (drugs), speeding (0–10 mph over the limit), improper passing, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance (less than one ounce), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reese was released Dec. 29, 2025.

Jonathan Brazill Jobe, 37, of Hardy, was arrested Dec. 18, 2025, on a contempt of court pickup order. Jobe was released Dec. 28, 2025.
