IZARD COUNTY, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report on Monday, Dec. 29, detailing arrests made over the past two weeks.
According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated during the reporting period. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Donald Hill, 36, of Oxford, was arrested Dec. 15 on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court. Hill faces three counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Franklin Ennis, 49, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Brian Ivie, 52, of Sidney, was arrested Dec. 18 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Ashworth, 31, of Melbourne, was arrested Dec. 22 on multiple charges, including reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, possession of an open container of alcohol, no driver’s license, and fleeing in an automobile.

Dylan Sanders, 33, of Dolph, was arrested Dec. 22 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Calvert, 32, of Batesville, was arrested Dec. 26 on a warrant out of Baxter County for failure to appear on traffic violations.
The report reflects incarceration activity for the previous two weeks. Charges are accusations, and outcomes will be determined through the judicial process.
