The Doniphan Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 102 East Summit Street, Doniphan, MO at 7:00 A.M. on December 31, 2025.
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
Ronald Dale Lynn, a white male, age 73, hgt 5’7″, 219 lbs, gray balding hair, blue eyes, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. Unique characteristics: Uses an oxygen tank.
Diagnosed Medical Condition: Dementia

Silver 2017 Kia Soul with damage to the front right bumper, AR registration 403904.
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident
The vehicle was last seen westbound on Baseline Road from Scott Hamilton Dr in Little Rock, Arkansas at 3:59 P.M. on December 31, 2025. Image of vehicle included.
Lynn departed from the assisted living facility without permission from his guardian. During a phone call Lynn claimed to be in an unknown location in Arkansas. The year and registration for the vehicle is currently unknown.
