Grovespring, MO. – Yesterday, the Wright County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a Lebanon woman after a suspected arson event on January 8th.
The Sheriff’s office responded to a fire at around 3:30am, finding a camper near a residence on fire.

An attempt had also previously been made to ignite the camper, and an identified suspect of that incident, Leah Sotello, 54 of Lebanon, was observed near the scene.
Sotello was taken into custody, and a search of her person and vehicle revealed items consistent with arson and methamphetamine.
Sotello was arrested for 1st Degree Arson, 1st Degree Property Damage, and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine. Sotello is being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond with conditions.
