Increased Fire Danger Still Present in the Ozarks

Dry conditions continue to be a big factor in the day-to-day of the listening area, as an elevated fire risk has stayed persistently present.

The National Weather Service in Springfield has stated that the fire risk for tomorrow will fall between “elevated to significant” as temperatures increase along with dry winds between 25 to 35 miles per hour.
