West Plains, MO. – A West Plains man is looking at two felony charges after a March 22nd interview with a victim revealed a case of domestic assault.
West Plains Police report in the probable cause affidavit that the female victim in this case lived with the suspect, Zach Waldo, born 1993. The victim was observed to have various bruises and other physical injuries on her head and arms.

The victim alleges that Waldo struck her multiple times in the home, drug her across the floor, and wouldn’t allow her to leave.
Waldo is facing a 1st degree charge of kidnapping, and a 2nd degree charge of domestic assault. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 13th.
