Two Licking men were injured Monday morning when a log truck overturned on Highway H, about 100 feet west of Highway CC in Dent County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 7:50 a.m. when a westbound 1994 Mack log truck attempted to turn onto Highway H. Troopers say the truck experienced a brake failure, ran off the right side of the roadway, and overturned.

The driver, a 51‑year‑old man from Licking, and a 24‑year‑old male occupant both suffered minor injuries. Neither was wearing a seat belt. Both were transported by Salem Memorial Ambulance to Salem Memorial Hospital.
