West Plains City Council Welcomes New Council Member, Elects Mayor Pro-Tem and Presents Plaque to Outgoing Council Member

Last night’s West Plains City Council meeting marked both a farewell and a welcoming.
Mayor Mike Topliff recognized Councilmember Jessica Nease for her years of service and dedication to the community, presenting her with a plaque in appreciation of her commitment to West Plains. We thank Jessica for her leadership and the lasting impact she has made.
 
 
The City also welcomed Crockett Oaks III, who was officially sworn in as the newest member of the West Plains City Council.
 
 
Following the swearing-in, the newly seated council elected Councilmember Greg Collins to serve as Mayor Pro-Tem.
