Five Arrested in Izard County During the Week of October 20

MELBOURNE, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the week ending October 20, 2025. According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were booked into the Izard County Jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

David Kemp, 22, of Batesville, was arrested on October 16 for failure to register a vehicle, no proof of insurance, and a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court.

Tommy Franks, 60, of Calico Rock, was arrested on October 16 for no proof of insurance, no seat belt, and a warrant for probation/parole violations.

Terri Pool, 43, of Calico Rock, was arrested on October 17 for disorderly conduct.

Randi Dodd, 42, of Mountain Home, was arrested on October 19 on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for failure to appear.

Courtney Keathley, 31, of Melbourne, was arrested on October 19 for violation of a no contact order.
