The Izard County Animal Rescue Efforts (ICARE) Animal Shelter and Petsense by Tractor Supply are teaming up to host a Halloween-themed Adoption Event on Friday, October 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Petsense in Batesville, located at 45 Eagle Mountain Blvd, Batesville, AR 72501. The community is invited to enjoy a “spooky good time” filled with food, fun, and furry friends—all while supporting a great cause.
Guests can look forward to festive treats like Pink Puppy snow cones, Shugs pup cups, $1 hot dogs, a bake sale, and goodies from Kayla’s Home Bakery.
Plenty of activities are planned for all ages, including face painting, costume and coloring contests, a photo booth with Barkley, and booths from Flints Findings and Magnolia Jane Boutique.
Pet lovers will also have the chance to meet and greet with professional groomers. A raffle for salon services will be held, and nail trims will be offered with a donation to the shelter (proof of current rabies vaccine required).
The event promises to be both family- and pet-friendly, making it the perfect way to celebrate the fall season. Best of all, all proceeds will go directly to ICARE Animal Shelter in Melbourne, helping provide care and support for local animals in need.
