IZARD COUNTY, Ark. – Sheriff Charley Melton has released the weekly incarceration report for the Izard County Sheriff’s Office for the week of September 15–21, 2025. All individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On September 15, Danielle Griggs, 41, of Salem, was arrested for probation violations.

On September 15, Kathryn Rigdon, 40, of Oxford, was arrested for probation violations.

On September 15, Nannette Ralph, 31, of Violet Hill, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

On September 15, Jason Brown, 50, of Wideman, was arrested for public intoxication.

On September 18, Tiler Jones, 31, of Calico Rock, was arrested for domestic battery in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a minor.

On September 18, Joseph Steinkampf, 19, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested for no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, improper use of vehicle registration, careless driving, and reckless driving.

On September 18, Clinton Tinin, 41, of Calico Rock, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

On September 19, Adam Pinkston, 53, of Melbourne, was arrested for probation violations.

On September 20, Sylvia Hesselbein, 46, of Calico Rock, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

On September 21, Christina Brown, 51, of Wideman, was arrested for a probation violation.

On September 21, Kalecia Irby, 23, of Sage, was arrested for obstructing governmental operations, failure to register a vehicle, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, and no tail lamp.

On September 21, Darvell Nelson, 59, of Calico Rock, was arrested for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premise, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
