Izard County, AR. – The Izard County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas has posted their latest in their “Felony Warrant Friday” lists, bringing attention to outstanding warrants that need cleared. The post will be shared below.

Sean William Pennington, 39, has two warrants out of the Izard County Circuit Court. One warrant is for petition to revoke felony probation on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (case number 33CR19-52). The other warrant is for theft of property with the enhancement of a habitual offender (case number 33CR-21-112). Pennington’s last known address in Arkansas was in Horseshoe Bend. He may now be in the Buena Vista CA area. He may also be using the last name of Mendoza.
Leann Nicole Guyer, 31, has a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for petition to revoke felony probation on the original charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance (case number 33CR-20-18). Guyer’s last known address in Arkansas was in the Horseshoe Bend area. She may now be in the Branson MO or Rockaway Beach MO area.
