IZARD COUNTY, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has released a consolidated report of individuals incarcerated from late December through mid-January, according to Sheriff Charley Melton.
Shelia Stetka, 46, of Calico Rock, was arrested Jan. 11 pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
Tristan Woods, 21, of Oxford, was arrested Jan. 9 for leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and second-offense driving while intoxicated.
Jonathon Bailey, 53, of Melbourne, was arrested Jan. 8 for failure to register and comply with reporting requirements as a sex offender.
Bryan Smith, 52, of Mountain Home, was arrested Jan. 8 for careless driving, driving left of center, driving too fast for conditions, and driving while intoxicated.
Tracy Strauser, 45, of Ash Flat, was arrested Jan. 8 for three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Strauser was also charged as a habitual offender.
John Laxton, 56, of Mount Pleasant, was arrested Jan. 6 on warrants issued by the Izard County Circuit Court for financial identity fraud and two counts of theft of property.
Joseph Langston Jr., 26, of Pineville, was arrested Jan. 5 for communicating a false alarm, trafficking a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining drug premises. Langston also has a probation or parole hold.
William Coffman, 60, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Jan. 4 for careless driving and second-offense driving while intoxicated.
Regina Tullis, 49, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Jan. 4 for driving while intoxicated.
David Weathers, 53, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Jan. 3 for driving on a suspended driver’s license and refusal to submit to arrest.
Imarea Jenkins, 27, of Bono, was arrested Jan. 3 for failure to transfer a vehicle title, no proof of insurance, failure to wear a seat belt, and obstructing governmental operations.
Terry Mitchell, 29, of Calico Rock, was arrested Jan. 2 on a warrant issued out of Craighead County for rape.
Whitney Cooper, 37, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Jan. 2 for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Andrew Macey, 24, of Mountain Home, was arrested Jan. 2 on a warrant for failure to appear issued by the Izard County District Court.
Robert Dickerson, 24, of Yellville, was arrested Jan. 1 for third-degree domestic battery. Dickerson also has a probation or parole hold.
Zachary Mayfield, 46, of Forrest City, was arrested Dec. 31 on a warrant for delivery of a controlled substance and was also charged as a habitual offender.
Steve Lyles, 52, of Paragould, was arrested Dec. 30 for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Jaun Ponce-Marquez, 37, of Batesville, was arrested Dec. 29 for careless driving and driving without a valid driver’s license.
All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
