Izard County Sheriff’s Office Releases Weekly Incarceration Report

Izard County, AR – The Izard County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff Charley Melton, has released its weekly incarceration report for the week ending June 16, 2025. The report outlines arrests made throughout the county, with individuals facing a range of charges from traffic offenses to felony violations.

The following individuals were taken into custody over the past week. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

  • Nathan Bridges, 27, of Sage, was arrested on June 8 for criminal mischief in the 2nd degree.

  • Tara Parham, 43, of Helena, was arrested on June 8 for criminal trespass.

  • Shannon Bunn, 37, of Evening Shade, was arrested on June 9 on a failure to appear warrant issued by the Izard County District Court.

  • Luke Rash, 37, of Conway, was arrested on June 11 and faces multiple charges, including failure to stop after an accident, reckless driving, open container violation, refusal to submit to a chemical test, DWI (2nd offense), and criminal mischief.

  • Cheyenne Carter, 30, of Pineville, was arrested on June 12 for speeding, a fictitious license plate, driving on a suspended license, and no interlock device.

  • Russell Westmoreland, 45, of Sidney, was arrested on June 13 for parole violations. He is also awaiting formal charges related to domestic battery, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm by certain persons.

  • Kayla Langston, 34, of Pineville, was arrested on June 13 for driving while intoxicated (DWI).
