YELLVILLE, Ark. – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has released the inmate roster covering arrests made between August 18 and August 26, 2025. The report includes individuals taken into custody during this period, along with their listed charges.

Gina Gale Cagle, 48, of Gassville was arrested on August 26 for probation violation.

Donald Jason Merrill, 49, of Graddy was arrested on August 26 and is being held for court.

Amanda Jo Runkle, 35, of Summit was arrested on August 26 for failure to pay. She is scheduled to appear in Marion County District Court on September 22.

Terry Lee Wilkinson, 24, of Gassville was arrested on August 26 for felony failure to comply. He is scheduled to appear in Marion County Circuit Court on August 27.

Stephen Iuca Lowry, 44, of Flippin was arrested on August 26 for misdemeanor failure to appear.

David Lee Hamilton, 41, of Yellville was arrested on August 25 on charges of driving on a suspended license, failure to provide proof of minimum insurance coverage, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lonnie Hunter Mcelroy, 18, of Harrison was arrested on August 25 for probation violation. He is scheduled to appear in Marion County District Court on September 8.

Mary Hickerson, 43, of Flippin was arrested on August 25 for third-degree battery, accused of recklessly causing injury.

Jessie Wayne Eli, 38, of Green Forest was arrested on August 23 for failure to pay and was also held for another agency. He is scheduled to appear in Marion County District Court on September 22.

Jill Darlene Cowart, 39, of Yellville was arrested on August 19 on charges of failure to appear and failure to pay. She has upcoming court appearances on September 8 in Marion County District Court and September 24 in Marion County Circuit Court.

Jason Ray White, 28, of Summit was arrested on August 18 on multiple charges, including theft of property valued between $1,000 and $5,000, failure to appear, failure to pay fines (misdemeanor), and probation or parole violation. He is scheduled to appear in Marion County District Court on September 8 and in Marion County Circuit Court on September 24.
