MARION COUNTY, Ark. – The Marion County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly activity report for the week ending September 5, 2025.
Deputies responded to 95 calls for service during the week. Among those, they conducted six wellness checks and responded to three domestic incidents. Deputies also assisted with or investigated four accidents and completed 20 incident reports.
According to the report, there were three misdemeanor arrests made during the week, with no felony arrests recorded. No bailiff hours were logged, but one deputy completed 28 hours of a 120-hour training program.
The Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division reported opening one death investigation. Investigators also conducted three interviews and held 15 investigative conferences related to ongoing cases.
At the Marion County Detention Center, staff booked 18 inmates and released 12, ending the week with a total of 43 inmates housed at the facility.
