Melbourne, Ark. — Sheriff Charley Melton has released the Izard County Sheriff’s Office weekly incarceration report for the week of September 8–13, 2025. The following individuals were booked into the Izard County Detention Facility. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
- Samuel Mario, 29, of Batesville was arrested September 8 for driving without a driver’s license.
- Paul Southerland, 47, of Viola was arrested September 8 on a petition to revoke felony probation out of Izard County Circuit Court.
- James Magouirk, 35, of Melbourne was arrested September 8 on an Izard County Circuit Court warrant for delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises, and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime.
- Kimberly Shrake, 33, of Melbourne was arrested September 8 on an Izard County Circuit Court warrant for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises, and fraudulent use of a communication device. Shrake was charged as a habitual offender and also has a petition to revoke felony probation.
- Jessie Brock, 44, of Elizabeth was arrested September 10 for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Brock was charged as a habitual offender.
- Randi Dodd, 42, of Mountain Home was arrested September 10 for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Dodd was also charged as a habitual offender.
- Joshua Reed, 30, of Melbourne was arrested September 10 on an Izard County District Court warrant for violation of the Arkansas hot check law.
- Destiny Loosey, 25, of Calico Rock was arrested September 13 for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
- Amber Mix, 38, of Oxford was arrested September 13 on an Izard County Circuit Court warrant for contempt of court and an Izard County District Court warrant for violation of the Arkansas hot check law.
The Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that the report reflects arrests and charges filed during the week and that cases will proceed through the court system.
