MELBOURNE, Ark. — Six people were booked into the Izard County Detention Center last week, according to the Izard County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Charley Melton reported the following incarcerations in the May 4 report.
Bruce Whitenack, 44, of Melbourne, was arrested April 27 on charges of driving on a suspended driver’s license, reckless driving and possession of an open container of alcohol.
Jennifer Pollard, 51, of Sidney, was arrested April 28 for contempt of court out of Izard County Circuit Court.
Joseph Langston, 26, of Norfork, was arrested April 28 for contempt of court out of Izard County Circuit Court.
Dylan Sanders, 34, of Dolph, was arrested April 29 for contempt of court out of Izard County Circuit Court.
Elec Paul, 22, of Sidney, was arrested April 30 for public intoxication.
Gavin Schales, 23, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested May 1 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing governmental operations.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
