Twenty Individuals Incarcerated in Sharp County Over One-Week Span

According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office reported 20 individuals were incarcerated during the week of September 8 through September 15, 2025.

James Biby, 46, of Ash Flat, was arrested for fleeing in a felony vehicle or conveyance, driving with a suspended or revoked license, speeding more than 15 miles per hour over the limit, and using fictitious tags.

Angela Byram, 36, of Hardy, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor theft of services charge.

Tira Draper, 51, of Batesville, was arrested for no insurance, no seat belt, failure to register an expired vehicle tag, possession of drug paraphernalia related to methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl, as well as possession of a controlled substance.

Breeanna Gilbert, 32, of Jonesboro, was arrested for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and refusal to arrest.

Katherin Hammel, 29, of Beebe, was arrested for failure to pay on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Donna Higdon, 41, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance charge.

Urcell Horton, 30, of Jonesboro, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of a controlled substance outside the original container.

Evan Hyde, 29, of Paragould, was arrested for third-degree battery.

Caroline James, 26, of Jonesboro, was arrested on a hold for another county or state.

Christopher Lee, 48, of Williford, was arrested for failure to appear on contempt of court and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Stephanie McBride, 31, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for theft of property.

Emily Morado, 26, of Hardy, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of an incompetent person in the third degree, and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

Danielle Noblin, 41, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested for third-degree domestic battering and disorderly conduct.

Austin Patterson, 31, of Ash Flat, was arrested on a hold for another county or state.

John Sheffield, 39, of Heber Springs, was arrested for failure to appear on charges of residential burglary, breaking and entering, first-degree criminal mischief, and criminal trespass in or on a vehicle or structure.

Daniel Smith, 39, of Long Beach, Mississippi, was arrested for possession of Schedule I or II methamphetamine or cocaine less than two grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a felony.

Timothy Strain, 45, of Cave City, was arrested on a parole or probation hold.

Michael Thompson, 47, of Franklin, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Chassidy Turney, 41, of Ash Flat, was arrested for criminal trespass and theft of $1,000 or less.

Samuel West, 36, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for violation of a no contact order.
