Weekly Incarceration Report: Seven Arrested in Izard County

The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has released its weekly incarceration report for the period ending November 3, 2025.

According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were booked into the Izard County Jail last week. All persons are presumed innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.

  • James Farris, 55, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 29 on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for harassment.

  • Mary Nierman, 37, of Salem, was arrested on October 30 on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.

  • Andrew Curran, 59, of Oxford, was arrested on October 30 for failure to comply with the sex offender registry.

  • Randy Baxter, 65, of Jordan, was arrested on October 31 for domestic battery 3rd degree.

  • Charles Heathcoat, 58, of Calico Rock, was arrested on November 1 pending formal charges related to assault.

  • Kaiden Withrow, 24, of Calico Rock, was arrested on November 1 for violation of a protection order.

  • Tara Parham, 43, of Melbourne, was arrested on November 1 on two counts of assault on a family or household member.

The cases remain under investigation and will proceed through the court system.
