This sweet boy was found at Bullseye (Gainesville, Missouri) literally covered in ice after his owner abandoned him during the winter storm.

The woman who found the dog could not keep him long term as her personal dog will not accept him and has since turned him over to the care of Ozarks Pet Rescue in West Plains.
Right now he has a warm, safe place to stay — but he needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home.
- Non-reactive with other dogs
- Not neutered yet — (but will be neutered through Ozarks Pet Rescue)
