A 45-year-old Kosh man was transported to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment of injuries he suffered in an accident this morning 5 miles south of West Plains, just north of Legit Speedway. The accident happened when a 2005 Ford Econoline van driven by a 38-year-old Thayer man made a U-turn, the 2012 Ford Focus swerved to avoid the van but struck the vehicle in the southbound lane of Highway 63. Each driver was wearing a safety device.
