Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a Peace Valley man, 64-year-old Joseph Locastro on Saturday.

The stop occurred on US 160 east of County Road 1120, when trooper Hummel conducted a traffic stop on a 2000 FORD WINDSTAR for failing to drive within its lane. During the traffic stop it was learned that the subject had failed to register as a sex offender.
Locastro was taken to the Howell County Jail.
