A 5-year-old from Mountain Grove was injured in an accident Monday morning on Highway 95 five miles south of Manes in Wright County.
The accident happened when a 2023 Ram 1500, driven by a 39-year-old Mountain Grove man, attempted to make a left-hand turn and was struck by a 2016 Kia Sportage driven by a 38-year-old Mountain Grove woman.

The Juvenile who was a passenger in the Kia was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital by private vehicle for treatment, no other injuries were reported according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report.
