90-Year-Old Man Seriously Injured in Two-Vehicle Accident

Plato, MO. – A 90-year-old driver from Roby, MO. was seriously injured in an accident this past Friday, February 23rd.

This report comes from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G. According to the report, Carrol Earp, a 90-year-old Roby resident, was driving a Chevy S10 on Highway 32 near Plato when he pulled into the path of a Ford F150 driven by a Allen Utley, 38 of Falcon, MO. The collision occurred at 2:40pm.

Both vehicles were only moderately damaged and Utley was uninjured, but Earp sustained serious injuries which necessitated his transport via air ambulance conveyance to Cox South in Springfield.

The investigator on this crash was Corporal T.L. Brown of Troop G.
