WEST PLAINS, MISSOURI- This month’s West Plains Downtown Stroll presents the perfect theme to attract both those who are enthusiastic about camping, but also on the ready to win prizes.
- On Thursday, August 7th from 4-7 PM Downtown West Plains will transform into a festive and cozy community campground. Businesses participating in the event will extend their hours and offer complimentary snacks and drinks, as well as engaging activities.
- For the prize winning; Visitors can sign up for a “Downtown Passport” and earn a badge at each participating business and be eligible for prizes. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to be part of an e-bike raffle courtesy of West Plains Bike Shop. Tickets are $40 each or three for $100 with the drawing to take place during the stroll. All proceeds from the raffle will go towards The Cass-Alleyway Mural Project.
In the meantime, West Plains Downtown Revitalization urges the community to either revisit or make their first stop into downtown businesses as their support can make a huge difference.
