According to a Probable Cause Statement a domestic violence investigation in March has lead to a warrant for multiple charges of 1st Degree Child Molestation.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jefferey David France for five counts of 1st Degree Child Molestation after a victim told officers that France, her stepfather, had sexually assaulted her throughout her childhood.
According to the probable cause statement victim 1 told officers that France would grope her and her sisters on a daily basis this went on from her age 7 (2004) through age 16 ( 2013) years. She described the incidents including one where he tied her to a chair with an electrical cord and proceeded to grope and lick her breasts. She also described times when he would pull the curtain back while she was showering as well.
Victim 2 was interviewed and told officers that her mother would wake her up and make her lay in bed with France when she left for work. She also stated that she was forced to take naps with him and when he thought she was asleep he would inappropriately rub her through her under clothes. She also described times that he would make her set on his lap while teaching her to drive and squeezing her breast to indicate which direction to turn, as well as many other inappropriate interactions. These incidents took place from age 10 until she was 18. She stated that she told her mother, but the mother made any real effort to stop it.
Victim 3, France’s biological daughter, was then contacted and interviewed. She stated that from the age of 10 through the age of 15 he would grope her on a daily basis and would often peak in the shower while she was in there. She described instances where she and victim 1 would hear victim 2 screaming and run to her aid to fight Jefferey off of her.
Officers attempted to contact a fourth victim by phone but did not receive a call back.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jeffery France for these alleged charges.
